Earlier this month I was lucky enough to get in on the fourth round of the Pretty {little} Pouch Swap I can't tell you how happy I was to be sewing among such talent! The little pouches being made by members of the group are amazing and beautiful.
I was assigned a partner with no blog. If anyone is going to get a partner with no blog, guaranteed it will be me. My partner also had very few photos in her flickr stream, so I had to base my creative decisions on quite limited information. I forged ahead and used the scrappy quilted pouch pattern from Flutter from.Kat There was a pouch in my partner's mosaic made from the same pattern anyway, so I thought she would at least like the shape. I appliqued a hexagon because really....is there anyone who doesn't like hexagons?
I sent it off in the mail today, she should get in in a week or so. I can't wait!
I did put a few goodies in the pouch, just not these particular goodies. I sent along a key chain I made and some locally made chocolate! I hope she enjoys it!
